Cracked tile and uneven edges usually come from shortcuts underneath. We put the time into the parts you won't see.

Where a slab has cracks, a crack-isolation membrane helps keep them from traveling up into your tile.
We plan where cuts land, so you don't end up with thin slivers at doorways and walls.
Plank and large-format tile can have uneven edges, called lippage. The right offset and careful setting keep the floor flat.
Gaps at the walls and movement joints in larger floors let tile handle temperature swings without cracking or tenting.
Even grout lines in the color you pick, sealed when the grout calls for it.
Heat, dry air, dust, and hard water are hard on most floors. Tile shrugs them off.

Real wood can shrink and gap in our dry air. Porcelain doesn't move like that.
Sweep and mop as often as you like. Water and cleaners won't hurt it.
The look of hardwood in porcelain, with no refinishing and no water worries. Laid in a random stagger for a natural look. See a 12x72 wood-look tile job.

Cracked or loose tiles replaced and grout repaired, so a few bad tiles don't mean a whole new floor.
We measure, check the slab, and go over tile size, layout, and budget with you.

Planned layout, flush edges, even grout lines, and movement joints where the floor needs them.
We go over the finished floor with you and clean up before we leave.
For most homes, yes. Real wood can shrink and gap in our dry air and needs refinishing over time. Wood-look porcelain gives you a similar look, handles water and heat, and never needs sanding.
